Pricing

How we price an assignment

We do not publish flat-rate prices, because they would be wrong: two campaigns at the same volume can cost twice as much one as the other. What we can show is exactly what goes into the calculation. You will know what to expect before you even call us.

Three models

We bill what you use, not a slot in a catalogue

The model is chosen during scoping, based on your volume and how regular your activity is. It can change along the way if your needs change.

By volume

Essential plan

You pay for the calls handled or the hours used. No minimum volume commitment beyond the test campaign.

  • Advisers shared across several accounts
  • Ideal for a market test or a seasonal peak
  • Monthly reporting
  • The most flexible model, the highest unit cost

By campaign

Performance plan

A fixed price covering a defined campaign: objective, duration, list, team. The price is set before launch and does not move.

  • Team and supervisor dedicated to the campaign
  • Numerical targets and weekly reviews
  • Quality monitoring and coaching included
  • The best steering-to-cost ratio

By team

Dedicated team plan

You reserve full-time advisers on your account. Billed per seat, per month, like an in-house team — without the recruitment or the absences.

  • Advisers assigned to you alone
  • Account lead and steering committee
  • Full integration with your tools
  • The lowest unit cost beyond a certain volume
Build the team

A benchmark before the call

  • Our estimator gives you the number of advisers matching your volume, and compares the cost of an in-house team with an outsourced setup
  • It is an order of magnitude, not a quote: it tells you whether the conversation is worth having
What makes the price vary

Six factors, and none of them is chance

At equal volume, these are what make one campaign cost more than another. Worth knowing before you compare two quotes.

01

How demanding the pitch is

A switchboard taking messages does not need the same training as a technical B2B sale. The more demanding the pitch, the longer the training and the rarer the profile.

02

The quality of the list

A recent, well-targeted list doubles hourly output. An old list has advisers calling into the void — and you pay for those hours.

03

The operating hours

Monday to Friday during the day is the standard frame. Saturdays, evenings or extended hours require a specific set-up.

04

The length of commitment

A three-month campaign spreads the training cost over three months. A two-week assignment concentrates it into two weeks: the unit cost rises mechanically.

05

The tools to integrate

Working inside your CRM is included. Custom development, a connector or a licence to purchase are priced separately, and announced at scoping.

06

The level of reporting

Weekly follow-up is included in every plan. A custom dashboard or a monthly presentation to a committee is negotiated separately.

The scope

What is covered, and what is not

Quotes compare badly when the scopes differ. Here is ours, in plain terms.

Included in all our prices

  • Scoping the assignment and writing the scripts
  • Recruiting and training the advisers
  • Daily supervision and quality monitoring
  • Replacement in case of absence or departure
  • Reporting at the agreed pace
  • Access to recordings and exports
  • Telephony and workstations

Priced separately, where applicable

  • Buying or renting a prospecting list
  • Licences for your tools for our advisers
  • Custom development or a bespoke connector
  • Hours beyond Monday to Saturday
  • A bespoke dashboard
  • Travel, if your project requires it

None of these items appears along the way: whatever is not in the quote is not billed without your written agreement.

The process

From the first call to the signed quote

01

A thirty-minute conversation

Your objective, your target, your volume, your deadline. No commitment, and no forty-slide sales deck.

02

A written proposal within 48 hours

Recommended setup, number of advisers, indicators tracked, launch timeline and a price broken down line by line.

03

A test campaign

We recommend starting small: a few weeks on a sample. You judge on results, not on promises.

Money questions

What people ask us, and what they do not always dare to ask

Because a published price would be wrong in most cases. Between a simple switchboard campaign and technical prospecting, the cost of the same hour varies enormously. We would rather explain the method and price after listening to you than advertise a headline rate that would not hold.

Scoping, scripts and training are included in the price of the assignment. They are not billed separately, unless you ask for substantial preparatory work without launching a campaign afterwards.

Yes, and it happens often. Adding an adviser, reducing the hours, switching from one model to another: the adjustment is made at the weekly review and takes effect the following period, with a costed amendment.

We look at the cause first: the list, the pitch, the targeting or the execution. If it is on us, we fix it without charging for the rework. If it comes from the market or the list, we tell you plainly rather than letting a campaign run that will lead nowhere.

Monthly billing in arrears, based on the setup actually deployed. The exact terms are set out in the contract and discussed before signature.

The quote is free, and so is the conversation

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we are the right provider for you. And if we are not, we will say so.
