Our services

Six ways to take the phone off your hands

Outsource one link or the whole chain. Every service comes with its deliverables and its indicators: you know what you are buying and how you will measure it.

01

Sales development

Filling your sales team's diary with appointments that hold.

A sales team meeting around a table

An unqualified appointment costs twice: the trip, and the salesperson's trust in the list. We qualify before setting a date: real need, budget, decision-maker, timeframe.

Every appointment handed over comes with the call report: what was said, what sparked interest, which objections are still open. Your salesperson arrives prepared, not cold.

What we deliver

  • Qualified appointment setting
  • Lead qualification and scoring
  • A call report every time
  • Follow-up on missed appointments
  • Real-time CRM updates

What we measure

  • Appointments set and kept
  • Conversion rate by segment
  • Cost per appointment obtained
  • Most frequent objections
02

Multichannel customer care

Your customers should never feel they are talking to a supplier.

Advisers with headsets on in front of their screens

We handle your inbound calls, your switchboard, your emails and your messages using your wording and your escalation rules. The aim is not to screen, it is to resolve on first contact whenever possible.

Cases beyond scope reach your teams with the full context, not an empty ticket.

What we deliver

  • Switchboard and inbound calls
  • Email and message handling
  • Satisfaction surveys and polls
  • Structured escalation to your teams
  • On-call cover within agreed hours

What we measure

  • Answer rate and waiting time
  • First-contact resolution
  • Immediate satisfaction feedback
  • Volume by contact reason
03

Telephone prospecting

B2B and B2C alike, with a pitch tested before it is rolled out.

A script and campaign notes beside a computer

A script is not judged in a meeting, it is judged on the phone. We launch on a sample, we listen, we fix the openings that fall flat, then we scale up.

The list matters as much as the pitch: we flag the segments that do not respond rather than burning through your database.

What we deliver

  • B2B and B2C prospecting
  • Lead generation and qualification
  • Telesales and follow-up calls
  • Script testing and iteration
  • List cleaning and enrichment

What we measure

  • Meaningful conversations per hour
  • Engagement rate by segment
  • Sales or leads generated
  • List quality after processing
04

Inbound calls and support

First-level after-sales support, handled without delay.

An adviser's headset beside a workstation

Order tracking, complaints, simple technical questions: most inbound requests can be settled on the first call given tool access and a clear procedure. That is what we put in place.

Anything that requires your own expertise is identified, documented and passed on, without leaving the customer waiting on the line.

What we deliver

  • First-level customer support
  • Order and delivery tracking
  • Complaint handling
  • Qualification before escalation
  • Logged in your own tool

What we measure

  • Average processing time
  • Share of requests resolved at level 1
  • Reopened complaints
  • Load by time slot
05

Studies and surveys

Asking your customers — and above all knowing what to do with the answers.

A scoping workshop with a wall of notes

Satisfaction surveys, product polls, concept tests: we run the questionnaire by phone, where an online form only ever hears from the delighted and the furious.

You receive the raw answers plus a reading of the verbatims: what recurs, what surprises, what calls for a decision.

What we deliver

  • Satisfaction surveys
  • Surveys and market research
  • Concept and price testing
  • Verbatim collection and coding
  • Commented debrief

What we measure

  • Response rate achieved
  • Representativeness of the sample
  • Satisfaction score
  • Recurring themes in the verbatims
06

Back office and CRM

The invisible work that costs your teams hours.

Typing into a business management tool

Data entry, updates, de-duplication, list qualification, administrative processing: these tasks do not require your expertise, they require rigour and consistency.

We work directly inside your tools, with named access rights and written data-entry rules, so the data stays usable.

What we deliver

  • CRM data entry and updates
  • De-duplication and enrichment
  • List qualification
  • Recurring administrative processing
  • Data consistency checks

What we measure

  • Volume processed per day
  • Error rate after checking
  • Freshness of the database
  • Average handling time
Instant estimate

How many advisers for your volume?

Move the sliders: the order of magnitude appears instantly. This is an estimate, not a quote — exact pricing comes after scoping.

Outbound or inbound, all reasons combined.

Our floors operate Monday to Saturday.

Basis of calculation: 12 completed calls per hour per adviser, 7 productive hours per day. A technical business or a difficult list lowers that rate; a simple campaign raises it.

Who makes your calls

We don't hire in bulk, we select

The quality of a campaign is decided before the first call, when we choose who will carry it. Three stages, in this order, and nobody skips them.

01

A first conversation by phone

The job happens on the phone, so the assessment starts on the phone. We listen to diction, ease, the ability to hold a conversation nobody rehearsed — and we check that the candidate has understood what the role involves.

02

A face-to-face interview

On the floor, not remotely. We look at commercial bearing, working method, discipline in following a framework — and the genuine wish to improve, which separates an adviser who grows from one who settles.

03

A role-play

A full call, played end to end: discovery, pitch, objections, close. This is the stage that decides. A good interview does not guarantee a good call — and it is the call your customers will hear.

What we look at, in order

  • DictionA clear sentence, a steady pace, clean vocabulary. It is audible within the first minute.
  • DisciplineFollowing a script, applying qualification criteria, filling in a call report — every time, without exception.
  • Willingness to learnAccepting to be listened to, hearing a correction, trying again. That is what moves a campaign forward from one week to the next.
  • A sense of representationThe adviser does not speak in their own name: they speak in yours. They need to know what that commits.

A deliberately small team, trained on your offer before the first call and signed off through monitored dry runs. The detail of that stage is on the method page.

Three ways of working together

The setup adjusts to your volume and your deadline, and it can change along the way: adding an adviser or reducing the hours takes no heavy contract amendment. The quote comes after scoping, never before. How we price.
