Confidentiality
A confidentiality agreement signed before any access to your data. Named access rights, traceability of every consultation, return or deletion of the files at the end of the assignment.
Home/About
The companyAssistant Call is an outsourced contact centre working for French-speaking companies. Our job fits in one sentence: carrying your voice on the phone without your customers noticing the difference.
Many companies hand over their calls and discover, six months later, that they no longer know what is being said to their customers. We work the other way round: you keep control of the wording, the indicators and the recordings.
In practice, that means a named contact you can call, a script you approve, a quality grid you know, and figures delivered at the agreed pace without your having to chase them.
The right test of a provider: could you take the campaign back in-house tomorrow morning with what they have handed over? With us, the answer has to stay yes.
Our floorEquipped workstations, supervision in plain sight, French hoursThe advisers work together, in the same room as their supervisor. That is what allows a script to be corrected within the minute rather than at the end of the week.
It is also what makes confidentiality workable: controlled workstations, named access rights, no data left lying on personal machines.
A campaign is not a list of numbers handed to strangers. Here are the roles involved, from scoping to reporting.

Processing compliant with the GDPR: a defined purpose, a limited retention period, respect for do-not-call lists and deletion requests. You remain the data controller; we are the processor.
No polished figures: bad weeks are reported like good ones, with an analysis of what was missing and what we propose to change.
Our floor is in Morocco and works French hours, Monday to Saturday. Our advisers are native French speakers, trained on the French market.
Yes, processing takes place in Morocco. That transfer has to be covered contractually: we sign the standard contractual clauses and the corresponding data processing agreement. The exact terms should be validated with your data protection officer.
Yes, by appointment. Many clients prefer a remote visit at the start of an assignment: we show the workstations, the tools and how a call unfolds.
The replacement goes through the same training and the same dry-run calls before going on the line. The supervisor and the account lead stay the same throughout.
We answer in your name, using your words. The best feedback we get is when a customer compliments you on how they were received. A thirty-minute conversation is enough to understand how we run a campaign and decide whether it suits you.
